She been a licensed Title Agent since 1996 and a licensed Realtor since 1997. She is an expert in the title insurance industry with over 40 years of experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Lisa is committed to providing buyers, borrowers, and sellers with smooth, understandable settlements and clear title for each real property transaction she closes.
Leah Billings, Senior Processor, has over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has an inactive Virginia Real Estate License and is an active licensed Virginia title agent. She is hands on in each step of the closing process. Knowledgeable, patient, and a passion for title, she will make you and your clients feel right at home!
Victoria Rodgers, Escrow Manager, brings over 17 years of real estate, closing and title experience to Virginia Title Solutions. As a licensed Realtor and a licensed Title Agent, she brings extraordinary insight to every transaction, understanding the bigger picture of what goes into making each transaction successful. As Escrow Manager and Office Administrator, Tory handles all receipts and disbursement of funds for every closing and assists management in maintaining office operations.
